Tracking and reviewing club orders

  1. Go to Clubs, then select Process.
  2. Select Completed.
  3. Select the club processing you would like to review.

All orders go automatically into Square under Orders. Here you can search for orders and Mark as Picked Up or Mark as Shipped.

Reports are generated for every billing done in Vincipia and can be used to track which customers were successfully billed vs those that declined.

For those utilizing our partnership with Shippo, shipping orders will automatically appear in Shippo with a tracking number and shipping label.
