Accessing Vincipia Support

To access Vincipia support, go to Support in the main Vincipia menu.

After clicking Support you will be directed to our knowledge base. Here you are able to search for any number of issues you may have questions on. These articles provide details on set up as well as our most frequently asked questions. 

However, if you are not able to find the answer you seek in our articles, you can select Tickets in the top right corner of the support page where you will be directed to sign in.

Your log in is the same as your Vincipia credentials

Once you have entered your user name and password, you will be able to access Tickets and then select Add ticket to submit your inquiry.
