Accessing Vincipia Support

To access Vincipia support, go to Support in the main Vincipia menu.



After clicking Support you will be directed to our knowledge base. Here you are able to search for any number of issues you may have questions on. These articles provide details on set up as well as our most frequently asked questions. 



However, if you are not able to find the answer you seek in our articles, you can select Tickets in the top right corner of the support page where you will be directed to sign in.
If this is your first time signing in, you will need to create an account. It is not the same as your Vincipia account. You must create an account to use the ticketing system as it is separate from the core of Vincipia. 



Before moving forward, you will have to confirm the email address you have assigned to your account. 



Clicking the confirmation link will take you to the portal to create your password. You can use the same password as you use in Vincipia if you choose or you can create a new one. 

The system does not like Safari when creating an account so please use a different web browser to set up your password.
Once you have set up your user name and password, you will be able to access Tickets and then select Add ticket to submit your inquiry.
