Can't Create a Log In to Access Ticketing

If you are having trouble creating a profile to be able to access our ticketing area within this support system and are receiving the error code that cookies are not enabled, please copy the link to a new browser, such as Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari to create your password. We find Safari often blocks the password creation process. Once a password has been successfully created, you will be able to log in on any browser.
