There are many ways to add club members in Vincipia. New signups can be done via Vincipia’s online signup pages using the unique URL generated in each Club in Vincipia. Vincipia users can also leverage the Square Groups feature. Each Club in Vincipia can be associated to a unique Group in Square so that as customers are added into the Square Group they are automatically added as club members in Vincipia (See Creating a club for more setting up these two options).

In addition to the two methods above, club members can be imported into Vincipia from Square.

1. Go to Membership.
2. Choose Import Member at the top right.
3. Search for and select the customer(s).
4. Select the Club you want to import the customer into at the top.
5. Click Import.
