Creating a new Member

Members can be added automatically via Vincipia’s online signup pages, and by leveraging the Square Groups integration (see Convert a customer into club member and Creating a new club for more). You can also add a Club Member manually, if needed, and the customer will also be created in your Square Customers.

To add a Member manually:

  1. Go to Membership
  2. Select Create Member
  3. Enter the required fields and click Save

The Card on File section does not appear when first entering the member’s information. This is due to the manner in which Square’s customer system works. After saving the member’s information, search for and select the member previously entered. Upon re-opening the member profile screen, the Card on File section will display.
