How do I track my eCommerce orders?

All orders can now be tracked under the eCommerce tab under Orders in Vincipia. This Orders section communicates with Square allowing you to manage all Vincipia orders within the Vincipia system. You can change the processing status both in Vincipia and on the POS. Your POS will only show orders for the past 60 days. Vincipia keeps all orders so they remain searchable indefinitely. 


All orders also go automatically into Square under Orders. Here you can view and search for orders and Mark as Picked Up or Mark as Shipped.

At this time, you need to check your orders daily to see if new orders have come through. Vincipia will not send you an email. Alternatively, you can also turn on your alerts in the Square Point of Sale that will tell you if you have a new order. 


For those utilizing our partnership with Shippo, shipping orders will automatically appear in Shippo with a tracking number and shipping label ready for fulfillment.
