Member cannot see club in VinSipp

Member cannot see club in VinSipp

Be sure your member has already gone through the steps to create a VinSipp account. VinSipp accounts are not automatically created and each member will need to create their own through vinsipp.com. 

Once the member has created their profile, they should be able to select the club in a drop down box. If they still do not see the club, have them refresh the page. 

If the member still cannot see the club in their VinSipp Portal, have them check the email address they used to to log in to VinSipp. Email Addresses used for member log ins must exactly match the email associated with their membership in Vincipia.

Email addresses are CASE SENSITIVE
