VinSipp profiles are not automatically created. Every customer will have to create a log in using the exact same email address used to sign up for your club and verify their account through the confirmation email VinSipp sends.
Our VinSipp member portal allows customers to change their club, update personal information, manage cards on file, and select custom club shipments during active custom club processes.
Custom club selections only display in VinSipp when a custom club has been created and will disappear once the club has been processed.
For Members to access this portal they will need to:
- Go to https://www.vinsipp.com
- If they haven't already, they will need to select Create an Account and follow the prompts.
If a customer is unable to see their club once logged in, have them check that the email address they used is the exact same as the email address you have on file in the club.
If a customer forgets their password, they can click forgot password to reset this.
If a customer has never verified their account, they will need to select "reSend Confirmation" to gain access to their account. More information for issue can be found
