Members are being moved into different clubs

Members being moved into different clubs, the incorrect clubs, or into private clubs is because multiple clubs are connected to one Square group. When multiple clubs are connected to a singular group, Square does not know which club the member should belong in and can push them to clubs the member does not belong in.

You have to connect unique Square groups for each club. We recommend creating groups in Square that are named the same as the clubs in Vincipia. Again, only one club per group can exist. If you set everything up this way you will be able to utilize the benefits of the two way communication system between Square and Vincipia to make managing your clubs easier. 

If you currently have the same Square Group connected to multiple clubs, disconnect the Square Group immediately. After disconnecting go through your clubs to ensure members are in the correct places.
