Orders

All orders are viewable through the Orders tab in Vincipia. You will see your orders separated by Club and eCommerce. We keep all orders within the Vincipia system allowing you to search through all orders placed through our system. You are also able to change the status of your orders under the order page. This page is fully searchable allowing you to quickly pull up all of a member's orders. 

Orders are also available to edit in Square for 30 days and to view for 60 days. These time frames are set by Square and the reason we created an internal orders page. Both systems communicate to one another. So, by changing the status of an order in Vincipia, it will change the status in Square, and vice versa. 

You can not go back to a previous order stage when updating order status in either Vincipia or Square.
