Tracking and reviewing club orders

  1. Go to Process.
  2. Select the club processing you would like to review.
  3. Under Members Processed, you will see general data on the club billing.
  4. Selecting Member Report will provide a full, searchable listing of customers that were billed, declined, or skipped for any reason.
  5.  You may also choose to Export to CSV

All orders can be viewed, changed, and searched under the Orders tab in Vincipia. This is a great tool to track your customer orders through the Vincipia system. Vincipia holds the orders indefinitely and every order is viewable no matter the status or processing date. 

All orders also go automatically into Square under Orders. Here you can search for orders 60 days and Mark as Picked Up or Mark as Shipped for 30 days.

Reports are generated for every billing done in Vincipia and can be used to track which customers were successfully billed vs those that declined.

For those utilizing our partnership with Shippo, shipping orders will automatically appear in Shippo with a tracking number and shipping label.
