Unable to edit or move a club member

If you are trying to edit a club member's profile but are unable to select the member or open their profile, this member has fallen victim to a Square Merge or Resolve Duplicates within Square. This also applies when the LTV says $NaN.

To fix this issue, go to the Membership tab and select Resync Square. This should resolve this issue. However, if the member disappears after the system performs this function, please reimport the member from Square.

We don't recommend using the merge functionality. If you have to please do one member at a time and verify that the member is still listed in the Vincipia system.
