When to use ReSync Square

When to use ReSync Square

The ReSync Square button was created to combat the way Square shifts information around within their system. This is especially true if you have member profiles that have been merged in Square.

Please hit the Resync Square button if any of the following are true:
  1. You have member profiles you can see but cannot click to edit
  2. You have knowingly performed a Merge
  3. Member information is not lining up correctly
  4. Members are missing (please note if they stay missing you will need to reimport them under Membership)
  5. You are getting ready to process a club
We recommend hitting the ReSync Square button before processing a club. Doing this will help to ensure a smoother club run and that all data is correctly aligned in the Square system
