User token password is invalid or expired

After creating an account in VinSipp, an email verification is sent to the member for security purposes.

In order to access their VinSipp account after creation, the member will need to follow the directions in the signup process.  This includes clicking on the link in the email that is automatically sent after completing the account submission request. 

 

 The verification link in the email sent is only valid for 2 hours after which it will no longer work and a new one will have to be created.

If a member has not validated their account through the email link and have forgotten their password, they will not be able to change it until the account has been confirmed.

To create a new verification email link:

  1. Go to the VinSipp login page at vinsipp.com.
  2. Select ReSend Confirmation.
  3. Complete the required fields.
  4. Click Resend Confirmation.

An email will be sent to the email address entered if it exists in our system.  

Please ensure the member checks all of their Spam folders for the email if they don't see the email.
