The Membership section of Vincipia is not only used to
import members, but it also has several other features that are critical for club management.
1. Edit Member
While members are able to change clubs and edit their own information under their VinSipp portal, we know there will always be customers who call asking you to manage their information. You will also follow these steps to change a member's status from Active to Hold or Canceled. In order to edit a customer, either scroll to find the customer or search using their last name. Click on the member you need to edit and select edit in the upper right hand corner.
Once you select edit you will be able to update membership information, billing information, add notes, add a card on file, or delete the member if you choose.
Once you are done editing the member, select Save Changes.
2. Create Members in Vincipia
You can create new members directly in Vincipia by selecting Create Member and filling out the required information. Once a member has been created, you can go back and add the customer's credit card information.
3. Filter your Members
Our membership area can also filter based on club and status by using the drop down boxes located under the search bar at the top of the Membership section.
3. Export to CSV
This option will produce a CSV download for your records. The CSV includes all member data and club information.
4. ReSync Square
The ReSync Square button was created to combat the way Square shifts information around within their system. This is especially true if you have member profiles that have been merged in Square.
Please hit the Resync Square button if any of the following are true:
- You have member profiles you can see but cannot click to edit
- You have knowingly performed a Merge
- Member information is not lining up correctly
- Members are missing (please note if they stay missing you will need to reimport them under Membership)
- You are getting ready to process a club
