Why was my member skipped?
You can find information about why a member was skipped under the Process section in Vincipia. Click on the club process in question, select Member Report, and either search or scroll through the members to find the one you are looking for. Beside the member you will see a reason for why they were skipped. If there is more than one reason, please click on the arrow to find out more.
Many times a customer is skipped because the tax rate for the ship state is not set within the Vincipia system. You will not be able to sell to or ship to a state that you do not have set under Compliance. To check or change this please go to Fullfillment>Compliance>Select State.
