Restricting club signups to states in which I do business
To allow or deny customers to sign up from certain states:
- Go to Fulfillment.
- Select Compliance.
- Select the State you would like to manage.
- Activate/deactivate the Onsite Compliant toggle for states where you have a physical location for Pickup orders, and Offsite Compliant for states to which you ship orders. Don't forget to also enter the state tax to apply to the total when billing your club.
- Click Save.
The system will automatically decline any attempted transactions for state's that do not have a tax rate set under the Compliance section
